Saturation Point was started to create the colors of fabric that were missing in the commercial fabric lines.
Mindy has been a quilter and seamstress since she was tall enough to reach the sewing machine pedal. Through her love of fabric, she has sewn hundreds of quilts and made a substantial part of her wardrobe. With this love, also comes a need to have a large variety of colors.
In 2022, Mindy started designing her own quilts and her need for a wide variety of colors and values grew. She couldn’t always find the colors or values she was looking for and turned to hand-dyeing fabric. In 2025, she decided she would share the colors she is using with the world.
